We are searching for an experienced civil construction Leading Hand. who prides themselves on integrity and quality work; and who will share our value for maintaining a positive work environment, with no compromises. This is a hands-on role reporting to our site Foreman on our Sunshine Coast and Gympie teams.

What will the successful candidate have?
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence (essential).
- Experience in managing workforce
- Excellent communication skills
- Current construction industry white card (essential)
- Civil works and Bulk earthworks experience (essential).
- Nationally accredited tickets (desirable).
- Commitment to health, safety and compliance with site requirements.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Drive to achieve quality outcomes for our clients.
